Well I definitely think that The Prophets and DTDP should consider you logo more thoughtfully. I mean, yes, the 2 logos is really nice. But does it really represent your Clan. I mean:
- When thinking about the prophet, I think about a dark, mysterious guy, or something that's in some way make ppl think of god,of mysterious force, or of a path,etc..... My suggestion would be: A face of a guy with his hood on (be sure to add some pattern/texture on the hood), his face can not be seen clearly, like being covered by shade. Before/next to him is an SMG pointing a bit up, like being holded but we cannot see the hand. And around the 2 things is a circle. Just simple, but then to make it better you put more and more pattern/tecture and some small stuffs into it.

- About DTDP, I really got no idead right now

I mean, maybe when designing these logo, you've have thought about its meaning. But I think the thought it's still not clear enough for outsider can understand, and it's seemed like just some cool logo without meaning/

Unfortunately the whole hooded figure idea doesn't work as well as you'd think. It's a great idea, but my gang would be expected to have that look as well, and that's not we are about. As cool as it would be, finding people to dress that way for missions might be hard, too.
The gang is open for expression, to a certain point. We could have every type of thug but still look uniform.

That's why the logo is so ambiguous. It is a logo the represents the pride of being a Prophet as well as the cost. It's ornamental to look official, but it has rifles to show we are prepared for war.

To answer your question, no, we cannot import pictures into the game. This is because of pretty obvious reasons. Valve let their players upload pics and gifs into their games, and you know what happened?
People posted goatsie, porn and horrible images. Real Time Worlds does not want that for this game, so they are not allowing image uploads and encourage the use of their versatile image creator/editer.
That being said, I'm looking forward to using this editer to re-create, or re-invent the logo for official use.

Looking at the customization feature of APB, I'd say the only problem we'll have in designing a great logo is idea
