What kind of event would you want? - Page 3 - Unofficial APB Game Forum

I know not everyone globaly celebrates the same holidays, however...
Holiday Events would be the normal route of an MMO type pf game.

Some examples:
New Year, Valentine's Day, April Fools' Day, Independence Day, Halloween,
Christmas ect...

To keep the game fresh I would suggest "Game Based Holidays"

Release Day is the only one I can come up with at this time, LOL

A War Of The Worlds event that would be fun running away from little robots you can pound.. and big ones which you cant...

I think a vip type thing would be cool, like the president or sum major politician (one of the guys whos trying to get rid of all the criminals tho) comes to the City to have a big rally, and all the criminals want to kill him, and all the enforcers are trying to stop him.

There should be a zombie event around Halloween where all of the zombies are slow moving but there is a lot of them. If a zombie gets you, you'll become infected and become a zombie for a certain amount of time - then once the time limit runs out - you die.

I thought the exact thing. Except, I was thinking the politician or something be in an armor vehical with high HP, and the enforcers have to fight off the criminals who are trying to assissinate him/her before they get out of town. I also like the idea of extreme weather conditions. Ice/snow, heavy fog. That way it's business as usual, except dealing with slippery roads and decreased vision.

I like the whole zombie event idea. Also with this, you would be able to customize your car with various spikes and armour.

Hehe.

Just to add up to that, it could start up with a plain virus being transported via whatsoever, a plane which you have to board for example.

The player can either destroy it, unleashing the zombie horde or whatsoever or sell it, of course it would need a major plot and protection.
