Smile Spectations
Hai guys.
I recently made a user on this forum, and I just wanna start off saying its great to share opinions, questions and so on, with other people.
Back to the topic.

I was wondering if I'm the anyone with skyhigh spectations, and/or if this is positive or negative?

I'm just saying; if your spectations are so high, that the game almost have to be perfect to live up to it, and it doesn't, would you keep playing? I know, as for myself, I've never had more spectations to a game as this one.

How are you spectations? Do you think the game will be as innovative as they say?
Furthermore, I was wondering if you think It'll be a breakthrough game right away, or the creators'll have to make a updates, and It'll be shit until like 3-6 months before it'll breakthrough?

Thats all.
Yours, Lund4.

spectations = expectations?

I got high hopes for this game, yet i have some doubts that it will be a 'classic' from the start.

People had there doubts about WoW when it came out. It was just "An Everquest" clone. Almost a decade later it's the highest selling MMO/PC game of all time. Will APB do the same? Who knows. But you never know. With the sheer depth of the game's creation tools, that offers a lot of replay value. The only question would be the actual gameplay. And from what I've personally seen, it's seamless. You can't beat Unreal Engine 7 for the basis for a shooting game. It looks and feels a lot like Gears Of War, and last I checked that game kicked all kinds of ass. So are my expectations high? Yes. I can't for sure say how high, but I do expect the game to do fairly well, and continue to gain ground as the years go by and we see San Paro expanded.

Yep, thats exactly what I was thinking, unreal engine is the best in the shooting genre. Besides, I played wow close beta and to be honest, it was poo until like a year or two after release. Ofcourse it was something you
ve never seen before, and I really hope APB will be like that - atleast I got so high expectations. Damn, cant wait for this shit.
