Looks a little barren out there in the forum world, so I thought I might post something we could sticky. Something with some raw facts, and room for some opinions too, concerning weapons, vehicles, and items of any other variety that have been confirmed, or at least hinted at towords being in game.

Weapons:
Ak47
Desert eagle (In concept art)
Uzi/Uzi compact
Small-medium Caliber pistol
Rocket Launcher (hand held)
Sawed off shotgun (in concept art)
Mp5 (in concept art)
Minigun (in concept art)

Vehicles:
Armored truck
SUV
Sports car
Economy car

Items:
Grenades (speculated)

Ballistic Shields (Hinted at [At one point they mentioned testing the effectiveness of shields and modifying health regeneration])


Lemme know what else you've read, seen or noticed. Also, the vehicles are highly ambiguous so far as I can tell, and possibly due to licensing issues, but if they do resemble in part or in actuality one you know of, feel free to mention it.

Judging from a few scenes in the E3 trailer, I'd say there are a few other items that can be added.

Weapons:
-Combat Shotgun (unknown type)
-Various LMGs

Vehicles:
-Box Trucks (unlikely to be a player's vehicle, though apparently handy for punching through roadblocks)
-Generic Vans

Speculative Others:
-Judging from a scope seen on a gun that was out-of-frame, there may be either sniper rifles or at least some sort of precision marksmanship component.
-There are suppressors/silencers on various weapons throughout the trailer, though whether or not they actually serve a purpose in gameplay is unknown... at least to me.

As for the vehicle manufacturers... well, I've caught sight of one logo that looks like a cross between the Mercedes-Benz and Lexus emblems, but I don't think it has any real-world connection. Odds are, most corporations in the game will be fictional, including car manufacturers.

Information is obviously pretty thin on the ground but some things I've seen are:

Vehicles:
-Nissan Skyline in a very early video
-Taxi (if that counts as a separate vehicle to the standard saloon)
-American muscle cars
-An adaptation of the new mini

Weapons:
-Main cop guy in the most recent video looks to have a grenade launcher attachment under his assault rifle
-Battering ram (possibly just for assaulting doors)
-Crowbar (possibly just for breaking into cars)
-The Mp5 that was in concept art certainly appears being held by the female criminal in the latest video
-Possibly a .50 cal that is on screen for a second or two destroying one of the cars in the newest video

This all tseems pretty dang nice, i cant wait to test this game out once early Beta beggins. But, i hope they include some type of hand weapon and some sort of protective armor, such as a katana and hardened chest piece such as vest guard!

i hope they have the thing like in vagas 2 where u can have big armour but ur alot slower depending on how much armour u have, but with less or no armour ur really fast(thats me)

The pod cast said they have about 30 weapons and cars so far in the game. I am sure they will add a lot more as time goes on.

in the early video - the one with the blue Nissan Skyline - the cop car is a Subaru (impreza probably) the Subaru emblem infront of it is pretty clear
