I would just like to say that the enforcers are still criminals based on the trailer. Just good criminals. Im all for ENFORCER!!!

My guild and I plan on going as Criminals dressed up in a sorta private military/security force with their own agenda ;D. Like mercenaries(if they allow that type of detail/customization on the Criminals side)

Nope not criminals...but city enforcers...think of them as a special division of detectives that will stop any crime by any means necessary with out Prejudice.

well, back story says that basically anyone can get a badge to police their local area due to all the crime, so the cops may not be too nice and may not resemble ur everyday cop
