I want to upload my own avatar via my computer from my images, but I can't seem to find the tool on this site to do that.

If you could add that it'd be very much appreciated.

At this time we're not allowing custom avatars. You can choose your avatar by going to User CP > Settings & Options > Edit Avatar.
