Default What's the deal with Internap?

What does this new deal with Internap mean for gameplay?

Basically they've partnered with Internap for a few reasons.. The press release says they'll be utilizing:
  • Performance IP™
  • Content Delivery Network (CDN)
  • premise-based route-optimization technology
  • international data centers to support its rapidly growing business

Internap has international data centers which RTW will be housing APB servers. A major benefit of having multiple servers is lower latency/lag to players. Secondly they'll be utilizing some proprietary intelligent routing software to maintain/improve connectivity for players. While IMO they scaled things down announcing the 100 player limit this partnership has shown they have big things in store for us.
